My Story
Adriana joined the Leadership Centre in May 2023 and is responsible for administrative and managerial functions within the organisation. She supports the core team in the day-to-day operations and designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
Prior to joining the Leadership Centre, Adriana worked at the Ministry of Security of the Mendoza Government in Argentina, coordinating and developing leadership programmes and leading workforce training projects. Before this, Adriana worked in the Congress and Convention Centre of the Mendoza Government, where she gained experience in negotiating, coordinating and promoting educational conferences and training programs. As a dissertation tutor at Champagnat University, Adriana worked with undergraduate students to help develop their methodological framework.
