My Story
Sharon is the Programme Manager at the Leadership Centre, with a background in Occupational Psychology and extensive experience in programme management and delivery across healthcare and charity sectors.
Her career began in education and psychological case management, supporting students and managing nationwide mental health programmes. She later transitioned into programme leadership, where she has since managed large-scale initiatives working in partnership with NHS trusts and charity partners. Drawing on her academic foundation and professional experience, she brings a unique perspective on workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational change.
Sharon’s role involves leading and supporting the delivery of national leadership programmes including Future Vision and Developing Strategic Leaders.
