Milly Dray

Amelia is a Designer with a deep interest in childhood, play and imagination. Her interdisciplinary practice works within and between diverse fields such as leadership development, systemic change, design, and child culture. Her work is grounded in the principles of co-production; developing creative and collaborative ways of stretching imaginations and creating change through a diverse, democratic and truly participatory process. She aims to create the conditions for generative spaces of play, to allow current systems to be critically questioned, reimagined, and rebuilt.

Amelia is a strong advocate for how children lead and how they offer new perspectives on what we consider to be good leadership. These concepts infuse her work across multiple contexts; she has worked on large organisational change programmes in the UK and internationally, led design work with schools, charities and local government, and developing her practice as a Designer.
