LEADERSHIP CENTRE

Local Vision Learning Network – July 2016

Jul 15, 2016

On 15th July, staff from the Leadership Centre were joined by colleagues from across England for the latest meeting for of the Local Vision Learning Network in London.

The Learning Network comprises colleagues who are currently involved in the Systems Leadership Local Vision work in their place, who work with the Leadership Centre and Systems Leadership Enablers to tackle ‘wicked issues’ requiring a multi-agency solution in their area.

This latest meeting brought people together to focus on a number of key areas. The morning session, led by Systems Enabler Allison Trimble, got people to focus on their own places and the stakeholders they engage with when looking at their issue. This was followed by enabler Bernie Brooks discussing the use of metaphor and storytelling in the afternoon, asking people to think about the phrases they use when telling their stories and how by changing this we can look at the system in a different way.

If you’re involved in current Systems Leadership Local Vision work and would like to be involved in future Learning Network meetings, please get in touch with us here.
