Jennie McShannon

Jennie McShannon is an executive coach, organisational consultant and facilitator working across sectors and focusing leadership development and organisational and system change. She has a diverse range of clients spanning the NHS, government and social care, industry and business, public arts and research, start-ups and social change.

Jennie has previous experience of leadership within the voluntary sector at senior and executive level. She is long-standing faculty on the Tavistock and Portman’s Masters programme for leadership and consulting; she is a director on the Tavistock’s flagship Executive Coaching Programme and has trained in, applied and taught Systems Thinking for public policy and organisational design.
