Future Search is based on the principles of Lewin and the pioneering work of
Ronald Lippet and Eva Schindler-Rainman. It is a way of hosting large group
conversations about an issue that matters collectively to them. It is a 16 hour
meeting held across 3 days, that takes the group on a journey from the past to
the future. Bringing together shared experinces and emotion. Identifying
common ground and planning action.
